Our Shop was established in 1975 by my father William in the large housing estate of Boghall on the outskirts of Bathgate. My father retired 16 years ago and I took over the business. In 2005 I won the World Scotch pie Championship and our small shop changed virtually over night from a staff of three we have steadily increased and now employ nine . Also in 2005 we became the South East of Scotland regional champion for traditional steak pie and the South East of Scotland regional champion for speciality steak pie. Over the next few years we have won various gold, silver and bronze awards for pies, pastries, steak pies and ready meals.

In early 2007 we had a major refit of our shop and built a new bakery to cope with the demand for pies, and increased our lines to include more ready meals and a large range of cakes. Still entering competitions we won the 2008 South East of Scotland Championship for beef link sausages and the South East of Scotland championship for potted meat and in November 2009 we were honoured to win the World Scotch Pie Championship for the second time.
